TogiEntertainment Inc was incorporated on July 13, 2006. It is a subsidiary of The Owners Group, Inc. TogiEntertainment, Inc. is headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK, with a satellite office in Tyler, Texas.
TOGI ENTERTAINMENT, INC., was created with the concept of providing quality entertainment outside the often confining parameters of the so-called “major entertainment centers.” Our initial projects are in the publishing arena, with four books already under contract, all scheduled for release by late-2007. At least two of our books will be accompanied by film projects, and another one has a related documentary in the works.
From there, our business plan is to expand into films, music, and broadcasting. TogiEntertainment, Inc has acquired Christian Financial Radio Network, known as CFRN. CFRN is located on the web at www.cfrn.net. CFRN has been operating for 3 years and has developed a following of 20,000 regular visitors.
One of its most popular financial shows, hosted by TogiEntertainment President & CEO, Mark Faulk, has turned CFRN into the #1 channel on Street IQ.com. StreetIQ.com hosts over 300 business channels and 45,000 shows. TogiEntertainment plans to expand CFRN's current programming by adding channels that range from Indy Music & Authors to Political Issues.
The goal is to raise visitors from the 20,000 regular visitors by offering more information and entertainment options. CFRN will evolve into TogiNetor "TogiNet". TogiNet will fill the gap between what is offered by mainstream media and offer what people really want to experience in music, politics, books, and culture.
The mission of the TogiEntertainment, Inc. is to develop an entertainment platform for "Heart, Mind, and Soul".
